Pretty decent software, terrible support
The basic talk software is actually pretty good and effortless to install. They say that it will integrate with VBulletin and it does but it is a very minimal integration. Permits auto login for your VBulletin members but that’s about it. Doesn’t import their information, avatars, etc. The fattest negative is the lack of support. You get absolutely no answers on their community forum and absolutely no answers when you email their support team. At least not in a timely manner. I have sent questions five days ago and have yet to receive any response at all. Worst support I have ever seen from any software company.
Don’t waste your money.
The software has been buggy for years and years. The forum support is pretty much worthless. You don’t get what you pay for, and the bugs are endless. Attempt AVChat or something better. Their mobile talk is a accomplish joke.
needs work
well i moderate for a talk room and they have requested cam use and mobile use as well , however they said it would be immobile its not been done so yet.. im excited to see them when they are done, but i do hope its sooner than later , please fix these issues soon
Rubbish
Waste of Money. If your looking to speak to one or two people it will work fine. Any more than two people and you will have problems. They will not provide updates to the software for you. After sixty days they delete you from their database so you will have to buy again. Read their terms cautiously, they give YOU sixty Days Support, this means YOU are deleted and cannot update to the latest version. Support is slow which is to be expected from a lone coder and, futile when you eventually do get a reply from HIM / HER / IT / whatever it is that codes this talk script. Eventually I uninstalled it and bought another talk script "BlabPRO." (google it) You wont regret it!
Hello. Please permit me to correct you regarding your claim of the deletion of customer accounts once their support package has expired. All customers (even if their support package has expired) can still login to the customer area to get free updates for our products, we do not impose any confinements on downloading free updates for our software nor do we ever delete any customer accounts when their support packages expire. needs work
