We very suggest you read the following rules cautiously in order to be a productive member of the server. These rules are also applicable to the forums and to our Discord channel. If you have any questions regarding these rules, please consult any staff member, we’ll be blessed to help.
Please take note: all penalties given are up to the staff member’s discretion. If you feel a penalty was unfair, please make an appeal post here on the forums and we’ll look into it. Make sure it is done in a respectful manner, otherwise your appeal will be denied. Pointless/troll tickets will result in your capability to appeal being liquidated.
Not having read the rules is not an excuse for having cracked them!
No hacking, cheating, exploiting, duping, or glitching.
This includes hacked clients, x-ray mods/texture packs, manhandling in-game bugs that add an unfair build up or advantage over other players, and macros/keybinds that give the player an in-game advantage.
Rule Two: AFK Farms (Automatic Farms)
No AFK pools are permitted to be built or used on this server (this includes any device used to circumvent our AFK timer). If you are caught using or having built an AFK pool it will be eliminated.
Staff reserve the right to eliminate any farm, automatic/semi-automatic, or otherwise, that causes lag.
No advertising other servers.
Regardless of your intent, you may not even MENTION the name of another server in any form of talk on our server. This includes, however not limited to, public talk, town talk, nation talk, /mail, /msg, the forums, and our Discord channel.
Mentioning an IP address will result in an instant permanent ban.
No spamming or using excessive caps. Please keep the swearing to a minimum; slurs are not permitted on our server in any capacity. Do not use them. Impersonating players and/or staff is not permitted in any way, form, or form. Do not commence drama or flame wars; doing so will result in an instant mute. Auction spamming is also not permitted.
Any attempt to bypass a mute (via such methods as renaming items, signs, builds, etc) will result in jail.
Simply put, keep talk clean. If you have a disagreement with another player, please take it to private message. If another player is bothering you, we recommend using the /disregard directive.
Rule Five: Controversial Topics
No racism in talk. No political topics (including mentioning the names of politicians) in talk. No religious discussions in talk. No sexual talk in talk. No controversial topics of any kind (as determined by staff) in talk, at all. No linking of anything lewd, inappropriate, political, religious, or anything that would break our ToS.
Rules four and five also include communication via signs, builds, books, renamed items, and such. They all count as talk mediums for the purposes of these rules.
No violating/placing blocks in any structures/builds/farms that do not belong to you (this includes harvesting their crops). Do not steal from chests/furnaces/other things that you do not own.
Do not kill players on their own property. Do not kill/steal another player’s animals.
Griefing/stealing is permitted in the Resource World, the Nether, and the End . That is it!
Penalties may vary based on the amount griefed.
No disrespecting other players and staff, in any talk medium. If a player asks you to leave their home, or a mayor/town staff member asks you to leave their town, please do it; refusal to do so will result in your forceful removal from said location.
Everyone is worth respect. If you dislike another player, please make use of the /disregard guideline.
No scamming, in any way form or form.
Do not perform trades with players whom you do not trust. Only confirm the trade if you are willing to accept the price you are paying for the item; feel free to ask in global talk if you do not know the price of a certain item.
No teleportation killing or death traps. Players caught doing this intentionally will most likely have their capability to /tpa eliminated.
You may not build or create a fresh town within one hundred sixty blocks (Ten chunks) of another town. Whichever player determines to build in the area 2nd (as determined by CoreProtect) should attempt to reach a compromise with the the very first occupant. If no compromise can be reached, the 2nd person must eliminate their build within twenty four hours or else staff will liquidate it for them.
Rule 11: Operating Language
This server conducts its affairs in English only.
If you speak another language, talk to a server staff member that speaks your language about issues and keep individual talk to PMs.
If you have been banned, you may not use an alternate account to bypass your ban. Doing so will most likely result in an IP ban from the server.
Any attempt or threat to harm another player or inflict harm upon them is prohibited. This includes, tho’ not limited to: death threats (IRL), rape, DDoS, etc. Cracking this rule will result in a permanent ban and your chances of an appeal will be slender.
Attempting – or successfully – selling in-game items/currency for real life money (deposited to one’s bank/PayPal account) will result in a permanent ban, and legal activity may be taken against the seller.
Charging back donations to the server will result in a permanent ban with no chance of appeal.
You can ONLY trade in-game items/currency for something listed on OUR website store.
No selling or trading slimefun machines or items.
This does not include dusts or basic materials. You also may not use machines or items that you did not make yourself.
A mayor may not scam his/her residents for items/money
A mayor may have his/her own town rules, as long as it doesn’t break the server’s rules
A mayor needs to be friendly. For example, if a player leaves a town or forgets to pay tax, you will give the player his items back.
Claiming a town on someone’s building or base in the wilderness is prohibited, and doing so will result in your town being abandoned.
Do not argue with other towns, and do not make your town a way to brag to players.
To liquidate locked chest/furnaces from inactive/kicked members please contact a staff. We will not liquidate anything, unless the player hasn’t been online for over a week.
Cautiously read and go after server rule Ten.
Do not brag to other players just because you are a donator. As much as we appreciate your support, this can only lead to arguments and drama.
If you wish to purchase a store item for another player, please notify a staff member very first.
You are not permitted to use the /nick guideline to impersonate.
You are not permitted to use the /nick guideline to be condescending.
Please note that being caught cracking any rules with your perks can and most likely will result in rank unwrap.
This is also stated in our Terms of Service, which you agree to upon purchasing an item in the store.
Please note that using the excuse such as; "it was my friend, I was hacked" is not valid on this server. Your account, your responsibility. If your account and/or IP has cracked any rules, your account and/or IP will suffer the consequences of it. Do not share your account password with anyone that you do not trust
If you feel you have been penalized unjustly, feel free to leave an appeal in our forums to be looked at by a higher staff member.
