A: Any Verizon customer with a compatible phone and a postpaid calling plan is eligible. Please note that the following features are presently incompatible with HD Voice: Caller Name ID, Ringback Tones, and Slacker Radio Tones. Extra incompatible features apply for Business and Government customers. Business customers may need to contact their company's Verizon Wireless account administrator to add Advanced Calling to their line at no addition cost.
A: Customers who add HD Voice and have a Movie Calling-capable phone are eligible for Movie Calling. Presently, this feature is not supported on iPhone 6, iPhone six Plus and Nexus 6.
